Back at our flat we loved the view had from our rooftop and we shouldn't out oh yeah. All the colors seemed so lovely at dusk's gleam. You pulled @ my arm saying our love is dead. You got to say that you're worth it, you got to believe in yourself. Don't get me wrong I know how it might sound, but sometimes the world tries to get you down, it tries to cut you down. Like a woods being clear- cutted or a sheep being shaved of it's wool. You think of ways to keep your mouth shut, keep your head held high, but somehow it still brings you down. You try to live in the moment but you don't know how. All I am saying to live in that moment--you got to let it go,let it go. You tried to change the ebb & flow of how your life should go-but somehow it circles and goes the other way. As a child you were strong and bold but now you don't know where to go.Your edges have blurred and you've faded away. You tried to live in the moment but you don't know how. Spiders there, creature where? Who are we to decide? Oh let us be. Where shall we go from here, I don't know. In the end it's us or our kin, In the end its us or our kings. Little dogs, g.m.o, rats, radiation and meth. Hypnotized with artificial stimulation-oh let us be. The baby boomers have bloomed leaving us all dry. The smack sucking, manic button--can I have that in light? Oh let us be. And where do we go-from here I don't know. In the end it's us or our kin, in the end it's us or our kings.
